In addition to ongoing luxury hotel projects in the city center, the west of Nice has not been forgotten in this star-studded expansion.

In the areas of the Arénas and the airport, i.e. the geographical beginning of the Ecovallée, programs, most of them new, have seen or will see the light of day. Either this year or 2022.

Their target: business tourists. Which will be 5 minutes from the future exhibition center and 20 minutes from the city center thanks to tram line 2.

In 2021, the following brands will arrive: Crowne Plaza, 4-star superior with 130 rooms (Unity program), at 167-171, boulevard René-Cassin (open on March 15), RT – SNC Nice Ferber, 4-star with 119 rooms, Okko hotel, 4 stars with 180 rooms (Nouvel’R program), at 455, promenade des Anglais.

In 2022: Hotel Nehô Aviation, 4 stars with 243 rooms, at 100, boulevard René-Cassin, Sheraton, 4 star superior with 234 rooms with fitness, swimming pool and spa (Air Promenade program), at 470, promenade des Anglais.
