In rare cases, the charger’s plastic can soften, exposing the internal wiring to the sight and touch, warn the company and the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). There is therefore a risk of electric shock.
USB chargers
It’s about the Charger 2,4A Double USB, which was available in both white and black. The chargers have part numbers 3024900 and 3024901 and have been on sale since October last year. “Customers should immediately stop using this product,” says the Danish budget retailer.
If you return the item to the store, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount.
