“Fluvius announces legal action for those ignoring mandatory digital meter installation”

Fluvius had announced legal action. The digital meter is mandatory in the European Union. Anyone who systematically ignores his appointment for the installation or does not let the installer in several times will receive a registered letter in the mail.

Whoever ignores Fluvius’ notice of default will receive a second one, again with costs. If there is still no response, a court summons will follow. There are no such cases yet, says Fluvius.
