Fluminense and Felipe Melo agreed to renew the defender’s contract for another season, informs the GE portal. The 40-year-old athlete accepted the tricolor proposal and will sign his new contract in the coming days until the end of 2024.
The previous contract with “Pitbull” was valid until December 2023. Like goalkeeper Fábio, he could already sign a pre-contract with any other club to leave Laranjeiras at the end of the current season.
