Florida Hit by Strong Winds, SpaceX Delays Return of Dragon CRS-24 Cargo to Earth

FLORIDA – Homecoming closed cargo Dragon CRS-24 to Earth postponed, despite completing missions from International Space Station (ISS). The cargo ship Dragon will bring to Earth a payload of 2,267 kilograms, consisting of scientific tools, including a “cytoskeleton” that uses cell signals to understand how the human body changes in microgravity. Including a 12-year-old light-imaging microscope that has been retired after more than a decade in space.

The SpaceX Dragon cargo was delivered to the International Space Station on December 22, 2022 carrying tons of supplies, Christmas gifts, and food for the astronauts. Dragon CRS-24 is the only cargo ship that can fly back to Earth to carry various cargoes.
