Banks, who leads the county’s testing efforts, said he expects a third COVID-19 testing site at the South Orange Youth Complex to open Thursday. But opening additional local sites would be difficult for staff, he said, and would not keep up with demand. The South Orange Youth Sports Complex will open for tryouts on Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and will be open seven days a week. However, it will be closed on New Years Eve and New Years.
