Florida COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility Down to 18 Years; 16+ can receive the Pfizer vaccine on the FEMA site today only – In Spanish

The criteria change marks a significant drop in age, down from 40 last week, in the launch of the vaccine in the state. Since December, Governor Ron DeSantis has expanded eligibility in waves, prioritizing vaccines for groups that include seniors, frontline healthcare workers and “extremely vulnerable” residents.
