We must believe that everything was pinned fairly quickly for the newly retired. Florian Nicot will be “assistant to the performance of three-quarters” in Julien Sarraute’s staff next season. The latter justifies: “We had to take a step back from the last three years with Fabien. The idea is to innovate, to bring something more to the staff. Perhaps also to confront other opinions and also bring a different perspective.” The “legitimacy” of the former center within the group is important. “He spent eight seasons with the club, he knows him well, continues Julien Sarraute. This will allow us to be more precise.” “I had the chance to know several clubs (Montpellier and Pau) and several managers with lots of different methods, testifies Florian Nicot. The goal is to bring about progress.”
