Henöckl has been a trainee lawyer at fwp since August 2021. Before that, the Carinthian native worked in several commercial law firms. Henöckl studied law at the Karl Franzens University in Graz and focused on insolvency law and restructuring during his diploma studies.
His thesis in the field of equity substitute law was awarded a scientific award for work in the areas of business, insolvency and restructuring law.
At the beginning of his subsequent dissertation project in the field of material insolvency, he worked as a university assistant within the framework of the platform for business, insolvency and restructuring law.
