Florian, 21, wins his battle against the army: Defense must reinstate the fired deserter


Florian, a 21-year-old soldier, has just won a battle against the host army.

It’s a long legal battle that ends for this young army recruit, fired in 2018 for … desertion. The State Council has just canceled its C4 and ordered that Florian (21) be reinstated. But it was a bit short since the soldier owes his salvation only to the messing up of the Defense in accordance with the procedures: warnings sent late and not by registered mail, as the law however requires.
