The 61-year-old artist has released the names of twelve festivals he will perform at in June and July, starting with the Festival de Nîmes on June 30. The singer will also perform at Live au campo in Perpignan on July 19 and at the Carcassonne Festival on July 20.
Tickets go on sale this Friday 16 December. Other concerts will be announced later, this message specifies that it does not give any indication of the singer’s health.
Florent Pagny announced almost a year ago on January 25 that he would have to cancel the remaining thirty concerts of his 60th birthday tour to undergo treatment for a cancerous tumor on his lung.
In March, however, he had attended a concert in support of Ukraine broadcast on France 2 and France Inter. Historic juror of the TF1 tele-hook show “The Voice” with nine seasons active, he had continued the recordings for the edition that ended in May, but will not participate in the twelfth season next year.
