Flooding continues: lane A20 closed due to heavy rainfall – ancient mill pumps in Hoeksche Waard

Heavy rainfall on Friday and Saturday continues to cause problems. On Thursday, the rain partially flattened the Havenspoorlijn, while on Saturday afternoon two lanes on the A20 had to be closed for a long time because too much water remained on the road. By the end of the afternoon, only the left lane will be closed. There are also reports of flooding from the Hoeksche Waard and the Alblasserwaard.
