According to the National Hurricane Center (NHC) of the United States, as Elsa continues its movement north it will weaken and become a tropical depression, that is, with maximum sustained winds below 39 miles per hour (63 km / h), finally breaking again as a tropical storm in the North Atlantic towards the end of this week.
