A flock of sheep ate nearly 100 kg of medicinal cannabis in the Magnesia region of central Greece. Shortly after taking the flock out to graze, the shepherd noticed that the animals were behaving atypically. Looking for the cause, he found out that the sheep had invaded a neighboring cannabis farm.

A large amount of the crop was destroyed by the herbivores. After the great damage caused by the heat wave and the intense rains in the area during the summer, the owner of the land has also suffered serious damage due to the eaten crop. “I don’t know whether to laugh or to cry,” commented the owner of the animals. In Greece, the cultivation of cannabis for medical purposes is allowed.
