Volotea’s apologies

The airline company Volotea indicated that she apologized to all passengers for the inconvenience caused. She mentioned in particular a technical concern. She also states that she distributed 20-euro vouchers to all passengers, provided all meals and offered free accommodation for the night of July 31 to August 1.

Furthermore, Volotea offered flight change or full refund options for those passengers who wanted it.
