The favorites go their way in the play-offs of the NHL. In addition to the current Stanley Cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning, the Colorado Avalanche and the Vegas Golden Knights – the two teams with the highest points in the regular season – don’t miss a thing.

Nico Sturm threatens to be eliminated from the NHL play-offs early with the Minnesota Wild. The 4-0 home game on Saturday (local time) against the Vegas Golden Knights ensured that Minnesota is now 3-1 behind in the best-of-seven series. Should the Golden Knights win another game, they would be in the second round.
Another decisive factor was the performance of their goalkeeper Marc-André Fleury, who only conceded four goals in the previous clashes in the final round. He also parried 35 times in game four. In the attack, Nicolas Roy shone with a brace. Sturm stood on the ice for almost twelve minutes and had a chance for the game, who shot almost twice as often at the opposing goal.
Maple Leafs and Canadiens tied
The champions Tampa Bay Lightning, who had already prevailed 6: 2 against the Florida Panthers, also lead 3-1. The New York Islanders won 4-1 against the Pittsburgh Penguins and equalized 2-2 in the series. In addition, the Toronto Maple Leafs reported back with a 5-1 win without John Tavares. The captain sustained a head injury in a previous duel. After two games it is tied against the Montreal Canadiens.
