Suspect Eric Duprey, 30, “was on the scooter going north when the cops started chasing him,” the 42-year-old witness said, speaking on condition of anonymity. “Then he made a U-turn and was riding on the sidewalk… The cop grabbed my cooler, which was full of soda cans, water bottles, and hit him.”
