MURCIA. An illustrated poetic prose book, like a kind of diary that includes personal reflections, letters, phrases or drawings directed to his companions, family members, fans … and his companion in prison Samantha. This is how the Bruguera publishing house the book that the Murcian singer and composer Flavio just published under the title of Me with myself, name of which was his first single after leaving the Academy of Operation Triumph.
Now, while the Murcian does not stop composing and releasing his songs by Warner Music, his first book is also coming to light, where the young musician wanted to capture his personality, the one with which he conquered the audience of the talent show. Natural, reserved and sincere when it comes to expressing his feelings, Flavio has wanted to show in this publication bits of his life, his experiences and his songs, as well as unpublished images from his most personal notebook. It is, according to the publisher, “an illustrated collection of poems about the inner journey that we all undertake to meet again.”
Flavio began in music from a very young age, beginning to study piano at the conservatory when he was just eight years old. At the age of 18 he began to play the guitar and the trumpet in a self-taught way. But it was two years ago when he decided to make himself known by jumping up covers to the network and composing his own songs. In 2020 he entered the academy of Operación Triunfo becoming the second finalist of the program. There, Flavio demonstrated his great talent singing and composing, his characteristic and peculiar voice, his skill at the piano and his naturalness, which made him stand out in a very special way.
Currently, Flavio is still focused on music, with a powerful label like Warner Music behind him. His first single was Me with myself, a simple and sincere ballad. Then he launched Yes, with Daniel Sabater. Let go, composed together with Vic Mirallas, is his last song. “It has a totally different style from the one I have released so far, betting on a disco, eighties roll. It talks about the breakdown of a relationship in which the couple does not end up hitting each other because of the different characters,” Flavio himself explained.
