Flamengo trembles. The club
of Rio de Janeiro, winner of the
Brasileirão and the Copa Libertadores, learned on Monday evening that their miracle worker Jorge Jesus has been tested “weakly positive” for coronavirus.

As it is possible that the test is still “inconclusive”, the carioca formation explained by press release that its trainer would carry out a second one. He is meanwhile placed in quarantine.

The 65-year-old coach gave his news and said he was reassuring about his chances of recovery. “I’m going to stay in quarantine. I think in a week or two, God willing, it will be back to normal. ” Brazilian football has come to a halt due to the pandemic, but Flamengo players are expected to return to training this week.
