The Stinatz officials and players had been looking forward to the final on their sports field for weeks. No less than 500 fans came to cheer on their ocelots at the final against the Studs. But before that happened, the FLA2 final was held. There St. Valentin was elected master.

Back to the game with southern participation: Carried by the spectators, the home team managed a 13-0 run, which of course triggered a great cheer on the edge of the sports field. Although the Studs still managed to catch up, the home side didn’t give the opponent any real chance – Stinatz is in the next higher league in terms of performance.

“There is nothing better than celebrating a championship title in front of so many spectators and on your own system,” summed up player Christoph Hegedüs, who was granted the last touchdown of the day. The match was won at 26:20 and Stinatz was finally able to celebrate something again on the venerable sports field. The defensive, which was decisive for the later triumph, was outstanding. But they were also strong offensively, with Markus Hegedüs as the “Offense MVP”. So you not only had something to celebrate because of the ascent, but could also enjoy great individual achievements. “It’s unbelievable which scenes then played out on the sports field,” said chairman Jan Zsifkovits with a smile at the perfect end to a really strong season.

This is not quite over yet, because the boys and women of the “Flag4Fun” league will contest their final on Sunday in Laxenburg. There they want to mobilize all their strength again.
