Jonava football club FK “Jonava” overcame the licensing barriers, received a license and will play in the LFF First League championships, the club reports.
Earlier this week, the Jonava club announced that it terminated the cooperation agreement with the BE1 National Football Academy (BE1 NFA).
The parties intended to form the main team together, which would represent the city of Jonava in the LFF First League.
„LIt’s a pity for both of you, but we had to terminate the cooperation agreement with Be1 NFA Academy. According to the 2023 after the updated regulations of the LFF I League in January, both clubs, both FK Jonava and Be1 NFA, would not be able to participate in the LFF I League competitions unless they terminated their cooperation agreement. We thank Be1 NFA for the short but high-quality cooperation and wish them success in the upcoming season!” – announced the Jonava club.
After the termination of the cooperation agreement, Be1 NFA also received the right to play in the First League.
