As every year for twenty years, Montluçon community provides financial support to young people so that they can have fun.
1. Who is affected?
Young people from 14 to 20 years old who reside in one of the 21 communes of Montluçon community. To benefit from it, you must be 14 years old in the year. The youth passport is also issued to all, until the day before they turn 21.
2. What reductions?
The passport is in the form of a checkbook of twenty coupons, each of two euros. They can be combined with each other up to 8 euros per theme. They will be valid until February 28, 2022.
3. Where can I use these checks?
For this edition, Montluçon Community has 21 partners such as:
- In Premilhat : the Bowling-laser Game, the Paintball Fun Games 03 and the Sailing circle on the Sault pond.
- In Montluçon : the Le Palace cinema, the Smac-le 109, the MJC, the Îlets theater, Athanor, the Gabrielle-Robinne theater, the André-Messager conservatory, the Mupop, the bookstores of the Schools, Le Talon d’Achille, La Gozette . But also A pawn that’s all! and the Sixty O’lock Escape Game.
- In Marcillat-en-Combraille : karting, tree climbing and the GTR Performance zip line.
- In Quinssaines : le Paintball-One for one Game Center.
- In Saint-Victor : the aqualudic center of La Loue.
- À Mazirat : the Rochebut motorboat club.

4. Where to pick up the passport?
The start of distribution, Friday 14 May, will not be done in all the municipalities of the agglomeration.
The community youth passport will be distributed that day at the Montluçon youth area (from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.), at Désertines at the youth info point (from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.), at the town hall of Domérat (from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.), to the town halls of Saint-Victor, Prémilhat, Arpheuilles-Saint-Priest, Ronnet and Saint-Genest (at their usual hours).

For the municipalities of Marcillat-en-Combraille, Saint-Fargeol and Terjat, at the social center (CS) or at the town hall of Marcillat-en-Combraille (from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the CS, 5:30 p.m. for the town hall).
From the Monday May 17, and until October 29 in all town halls and at the youth information points in the municipalities of residence and at the social centers of Marcillat-en-Combraille and Lavault-Sainte-Anne.
5. What documents must be provided?
An identity document (identity card, passport or driving license), proof of address of less than three months (rent receipt, EDF / GDF invoice, telephone). Provide the family record book if the name of the proof is different from that of the identity document.
