It will soon take a little more than seven seconds to jump into the Xbox Series X and S home screen.
Only applies with energy mode activated
This now takes almost 12 seconds, but Microsoft has given testers a new version with a shorter animation duration on the logo from nine seconds to four seconds.
Note that this is only from a cold start and with energy mode activated, and that you will therefore not notice any improvements if you use standy-mobus.
15 seconds in total
Note that the numbers first mentioned only apply from the animation: with energy-saving activated, the total time is 15 seconds instead of 20 seconds.
Microsoft has enabled power mode by default in another update in addition to background downloads.
