A man named Xiao was driving along Diaoshan Ancient Road in Ruifang District, New Taipei City, at noon today. When he turned a corner, he accidentally fell into a valley 30 meters deep. Two men and three women were trapped in the car. Fortunately, they only suffered minor injuries. The New Taipei City Fire Department was notified at 12:15 pm. 102 County Road turned left at Shumei Viewing Terrace, on the corner opposite Digong Temple on Diaoshan Ancient Road. A vehicle fell into a valley of about 30 meters. There were 2 men around 30 years old.The 3 women were trapped in the car and immediately sent Ruifang, Jiufen, Xiufeng, Shuangxi, Gongliao, Jinshan Squadron and the 6th Brigade, for a total of 16 vehicles with 52 people to rescue.
At 12:43 pm the search and rescue personnel found the vehicle accident site and immediately went down to the valley for rescue, first rescued the trapped people with destructive equipment and then helped the four injured to get on the road from alone.
Another woman was injured in her foot, and search and rescue personnel placed the woman on a soft stretcher and transported her to the road with rescue equipment such as ropes. Fortunately, all five people were clearly aware and were sent to Keelung Chang Gung Hospital and Keelung Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, respectively.
