During the night from Saturday to Sunday, August 22, 13 people who were in a house in Saillans were almost intoxicated with carbon monoxide.
The firefighters were called around 2:20 am, when people in a house noticed signs of intoxication in several of them.
When tested, five were found to have a positive rate. Two fifty-year-olds were transported to the Crest hospital center.
According to the first elements available to us, it would seem that the house’s oil-fired boiler had been intentionally blocked from the outside.
An investigation should be opened by the gendarmerie.
