In the case of Leoba Castañeda Rivas, she served as director of the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) from 2012 to 2016, and currently works as a full-time professor and is a member of the Working Group made up of representatives of civil society, academia and specialists who participated in the Political Constitution Project of Mexico City.
Ruth Villanueva Castilleja has a PhD in Law from UNAM, a specialist in crime prevention and human rights, as well as a certified specialist in Children’s Rights by the Inter-American Children’s Institute of the Organization of American States (OAS); She has been recognized as a Member of the National System of Investigators, level II, and among other positions she has served as Deputy Attorney General for Human Rights and Crime Prevention of the former Attorney General’s Office of the Republic and consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank.
Silvia Gabriela Ortiz Rascón graduated as a lawyer from the Free School of Law, she has worked at the SCJN as Secretary of Study and Accounts commissioned to the presentations of the ministers Margarita Beatriz Luna Ramos from December 2010 to February 2018 and that of Yasmín Esquivel Mossa since March 2018. She worked in the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation as General Secretary of Agreements from November 2006 to September 2007.
Raúl Plascencia Villanueva graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Baja California in 1987, was president of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) from November 2009 to November 2014, has a specialty in Criminal Sciences and is pursuing a master’s degree and doctorate in Law from UNAM.
Manuel Becerra Ramírez is a full-time researcher at the UNAM Legal Research Institute, he has dedicated himself to the study of Public International Law and intellectual property law; He has been distinguished with the degree of Emeritus by the National System of Researchers.
