Five independent games to keep an eye on

During 30 minutes of transmission of State of Play, Sony today revealed (8) new details of Deathloop, O postponement of SiFu to 2022 and a trailer that confirmed the arrival of cars and race tracks in Death Stranding Director’s Cut.

Filling out the presentation, the owner of the consoles PlayStation took the time to announce and show new games independent. Some of them deserve our attention and still arrive in 2021 to PS5 and for the PS4.

Check out now the titles to keep an eye on after Sony’s presentation:

Jett: The Far Shore

In Jett, you play as Mei, an interstellar explorer who sets off with a team in search of a new home for her civilization. The game invites you to explore landscapes while looking for a new home, but with a difference: the player must not harm the fauna and flora around him. Mei has a mechanical claw to grab, transport and throw heavy objects.

Jett will be released in 2021 with versions for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Development is in charge of Superbrothers, of Sword & Sworcery.

Hunter’s Arena

Hunter’s Arena is the newest hunter battle royale, in which you’ll face other players in hand-to-hand combat and fencing.

Up to 30 combatants compete to see who is the deadliest hunter in single or trio modes. The game challenges you to be strategic to always be in the position of hunter and never hunting.

The title has been confirmed for PlayStation 4 and PS5 and will be one of the games distributed in August to PlayStation Plus subscribers on both consoles.

F.I.S.T.

A rabbit with two long ears and many battle marks. This is your protagonist in FIST, the new metroidvania that lands on PS5 and PS4 on 7 September. The game is being developed by newcomer TiGames. The trailer shows that the pussy can be equipped with weapons with different abilities.

Arcadegeddon

New game from IllFonic! (Predator: Hunting Grounds and Friday the 13th: The Game), Arcadegeddon invites you to team up with three players in cooperative shooter multiplayer.

You’ll explore areas and annihilate enemies inspired by 90s punk rock bands like Gorillaz.

The game as a service went into early access this Thursday for PS5 and PC (Epic Games) and promises constant updates with new areas, enemies, mini games and treasures to be found as a group.

Moss Book II

Responsible for opening the State of Play this Thursday (8), Moss Book II is the sequel to the PlayStation VR game that is in development by Polyarc. The game does not have a defined launch window, but will again present the Quill Mouse against the forces of a winged tyrant.
