RADARDEPOK.COM, KALIBARU – Environmental officials together with the Cilodong Community Health Center eradicated Aedes Aegypti mosquito larvae by spraying fogging for 150 houses in RT 4/6, Kalibaru Village, Cilodong District, Sunday (27/12).
The head of RT4 / 6, Sutiyo, explained that spraying was intensified today to prevent Aedes aedypti mosquito larvae which cause dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). He collaborated with the UPT Puskesmas Cilodong, community service groups, community health groups, and residents in these activities.

“We sprayed it in two teams. For 150 houses on RT 4/6. Residents also took part, from residents to residents, “he explained to Radar Depok, Sunday (27/12).
He added that in his neighborhood alone, there were five people who had dengue fever and had been taken to the hospital.
“Five people, these were affected last month and this month, all of them have not yet recovered and are still being treated,” he explained.
Meanwhile, one of the Jumantik cadres of RT 4, Siti Jubaidah, explained that her party routinely controls mosquito larvae in her environment.
“We routinely report the results to the health center once every four months,” he concluded. (rd/daf)
