Fitri Carlina Talks About Long-Distance Relationship with Husband Working as Pilot in Oman

Fitri Carlina’s husband chose to work as a pilot in an international airline in Oman. There is a reason why Fitri Carlina chose LDR with her husband, Hendra.

Fitri Carlina said that for now, she would be the one going back and forth from Jakarta to Oman. Not without reason, Fitri Carlina has to take care of more difficult things.

“First, there are still business responsibilities, I still take care of his mother and my parents too. Both are old,” said Fitri Carlina at the Rumpi: No Secret studio, yesterday.

The Old ABG singer feels she can’t be selfish. There are two parents and in-laws who must also be prioritized.

“We can’t be selfish. We are also at this stage because of the prayers of our parents, the support of our parents. So the hardest part is leaving our parents,” said Fitri Carlina.

Fitri Carlina revealed that later she would also receive a residence card to settle in Oman. However, for now Fitri Carlina chooses to visit her husband back and forth.

“Yes, if I’m going to move there, I’ll just go back and forth. If I mean being a resident, then I will temporarily get a residence card too. For the time being, Mas Hendra has already got it. I’ll follow,” he explained.

There’s no problem with Fitri Carlina for a while LDR. He also could not leave his obligations in Indonesia.

“It’s okay for the family to go back and forth. I still have a lot of obligations here. I still have a lot to do, the business is still starting. Thank God, Mas Hendra, gave me a lot of freedom and trust for me. I also have to maintain that trust. ,” said Fitri Carlina.

Later, Fitri Carlina will be able to visit her husband once every 3 months. It is possible that Hendra will also be able to return to Indonesia during the holidays.

“It’s OK (Hendra goes back and forth to Indonesia). Holidays are certain every 3 months, definite holidays. But if for example there is a 5-day, 4-day holiday, Oman Air has direct to Jakarta 7.5 hours. Distance is not a burden for me, ” said Fitri Carlina.
