/ world today news/ The company “Fitch” (Fitch Ratings) announced that it raises the credit rating of Greece by one level to CCC on Tuesday. According to the assessment, the Balkan country’s new arrangements with the EU institutions have moved away the prospect of another bankruptcy.
The Aug. 14 agreement, which set the framework for a third bailout program, “reduced the risk of Greece defaulting on its debt obligations to the private sector,” Fitch reported.
The American company “Fitch” monitors the world economy and publishes its opinion in the form of ratings of countries, regions and economic structures.
