The right training for every age

In addition to guided ski tours or snowshoe hikes in winter, the experts for nature and mountains also offer gymnastics as preparation.

“The program includes exercises in gymnastics, stretching, strength and conditioning. The aim is to improve mobility, endurance and maximum strength,” says the ÖTK Klosterneuburg, describing its program, which you can still join and improve your physical condition. So that the winter – even with one or two boards under your feet – will pass without injury.
