What will you remember from this year of confinement?
“We retain the positive. This allowed us to do a lot of indoor and outdoor work and to spend more time with our family. We changed the furniture. We bet on the outside, the garden has been embellished. We have invested in large umbrellas and chairs in flashy colors to spice things up. Inside, we keep the boat spirit and the soul of this creperie, that’s important. We even recreated a chandelier with the oars of Patrick’s father, the former owner. This will have been the year of change ”.

“Whatever happens, we’re ready. Even if we still have plenty of ideas and lots of things to do and that at first it will be rather complicated, we have recruited for the season. All of our seasonal workers are coming back, which is a real satisfaction for us. We are still looking for motivated young people with or without experience for July and August. We want to give them their chance ”.
Do you already have reservations?
“Yes, we had calls for Ascension weekend, we had to refuse. It is necessary to respect the sanitary instructions. For the first day of opening, we have regulars who have reserved. They chose us first, it warmed our hearts. We risk opening all day continuously from 12 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. to satisfy everyone. We have changed our closing day which is now Wednesday, but here we would not miss this long awaited opening for nothing. We look forward “.
