A Plovdiv fisherman found the body of a man in the river Maritsa. He came across the eerie sight after 2pm yesterday. The lifeless body had stopped in branches. The fisherman noticed it and immediately called 112.
They arrived in uniform. During the inspection, no traces of violence were found, the police in the city under the hills told “Maritsa”. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case. The identity of the man has not yet been established. The body was taken to Forensic Medicine.
The lists of wanted persons are also checked.
