Who is not familiar with the children’s books by Roald Dahl. A little while ago, Steven Spielberg made the film adaptation The GVR / The BFG from 2016 and now there is The Witches from director Robert Zemeckis.
Actress plays in the film Anne Hathaway the Grand High Witch and there are roles for, among others, too Octavia Spencer, Stanley Tucci, Kristin Chenoweth, Jahzir Bruno en Chris Rock.
The story is clear: there are witches and they want to deal with all the children in the world. During a gathering of witches, they turn a few children into mice, just like the creatures that the witches hate. The trailer below, and in theaters December 16!

It is striking that The Witches in the States on HBO Max. Warner Bros. does not dare to release the film in North American cinemas.
