Spoon stilts. The online run got off to a good start, the first times can be viewed at www.ffw-loeffelstelzen.de. The time window has already been extended, now from July 15th to August 4th all runners have a total of three weeks to go out on the track.

An online run starts freely in a given time window, each runner stops their own time and submits the result via email or Whatsapp. The result will be published on the running portal www.ffw-loeffelstelzen.de and the athletes can compare the times and also top them up again. Multiple starts are allowed and desired, also starts in different classes are possible, as far as they are permissible for the runner.
Relay run possible
Relay run is also possible. Four runners, male, female, old or young – everything is allowed. Everyone runs a lap, handover is in the start-finish area. This sport has also been included in the program for fans of Nordic Walking. The start and finish is at the SV-Löffelstelzen sports home car park. The lumber yard lap is run, the route is well marked.
For the little athletes, the Bambini runs are again offered. On a small circular course, the children can gain their first experience and thus be introduced to running. Mum and dad are welcome to run with them. The Bambini runs are offered on the riding arena behind the sports field.

Overview of the running classes: 10.2 km women (4 laps), 5.1 km women (2 laps), 10.2 km men (4 laps), 5.1 km men (2 laps), 4 x 2, 55 km relay (mixed possible), 5.1 km pupils (up to 16 years) (2 laps), 2.55 km pupils (up to 12 years) (1 lap), 2.55 km Nordic walking (1 lap), 200m Bambini (up to 5 years), 400m Bambini (up to 8 years).
