First test version of Windows 10 with Copilot is released, requires horizontal taskbar

To use Windows Copilot while living in Europe, you need to activate it via the Run Command box. This is because the European government’s Digital Markets Act (DMA) has required Microsoft not to include Windows Copilot in the Windows 11 Moment 4 KB5030310 update. To activate Windows Copilot, enter
“microsoft-edge://?ux=copilot&tcp=1&source=taskbar”

in the Run Command box. Make sure you have installed Windows 11 22H2 and installed the Windows Configuration Update and the Moment 4 update KB5030310 before activating Windows Copilot.

Alternatively, you can enable Windows Copilot through the Windows 11 settings. Open the ‘Settings’ app on your Windows 11 PC, select the ‘Personalization’ section in the left sidebar, scroll down a bit and select ‘Taskbar’. To enable Copilot, set the switch next to the Copilot option to ‘On’.
