Amsterdam – The striking complex The Valley on the Amsterdam Zuidas is nearing completion. It will take a while before the towers are as green as promised. Spread over 26 floors are almost 400 planters. “The soil and the plants are in it. But it really takes time,” says developer Coen van Oostrom.
