The new adventure is just around the corner.
Blizzard Entertainmentis proud to announce that, Overwatch 2’s first PvP beta has concluded. The developer is delighted to see and appreciates the enormous interest and enthusiasm that Overwatch 2 has aroused in the entire gaming community. now aim June 16 on the calendarbecause they will be back with a new game event!
Until then, and as we wrap up this initial testing phase, Game Director Aaron Keller has a few things to tell us on behalf of Team 4:
From the Overwatch team we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of this first beta. It’s been amazing to see the community playing our game. Your expressions of enthusiasm for this title and for this universe mean, always have meant and always will mean a lot to us.
As a world and as a universe, Overwatch has very personal implications for the team, as we put time, creative energy, and passion into it. Showing the public something so important to you can make you dizzy, especially knowing that it is unfinished and that what you are asking people for are real and valid evaluations of what you have created.
Of course, the reason why we do it is important: to create a better game. That is only possible thanks to this community and its players. These tests are a critical part of the Overwatch improvement process. We can’t wait to take everything we learned in the beta and pour it into the game so we can show it to you once it’s implemented.
