In the province of Jaén a first outbreak of covid-19 in which there are four people related to each other who have tested positive. An outbreak located in the Jaén Sur area that, according to the Ministry of Health and Families, is in the investigation phase. This means that contact studies are being carried out and tests are being carried out on people who have been in contact with the first case.
The Junta de Andalucía in its part of today Wednesday does not specify the town in which the outbreak has occurred, but it coincides in time with the confirmation of Miguel Moreno, mayor of Porcuna, (town located in the Jaén Sur health area), of three new positives related to a young man who contracted the disease, on a trip to Malaga.
The mayor assured this house, that no positive has come out of the tests that have been carried out in the last hours. This sent a message of calm, ensuring that “everything is under sanitary control” and a call to everyone’s responsibility for complying with the rules of protection and prevention, especially the use of the mask that from 12 at night is mandatory in Andalusia.
Along with the case of the young man who traveled to Malaga a few days ago, another positive was also found in Porcuna, another young man who had moved to work in the province of Lleida. On this occasion, all the tests that were carried out in its environment, were negative.
