Remedy has released the first official 4K screenshots of Alan Wake 2, showcasing the power of the Northlight engine. Alan Wake 2 was one of the most graphically impressive games featured at the PlayStation Showcase 2023, and these screenshots look absolutely amazing.
Despite the habit of developers to publish bullshots, these shots look convincing. In the end, this is exactly the result we can expect from Remedy, especially after the phenomenally beautiful Control.
In Alan Wake 2, players will continue the story of the writer and appreciate Remedy’s first steps in the survival horror genre. In addition, Remedy has already confirmed that the game will use a third-person view, just like in the previous part.
Alan Wake II will release on consoles and the Epic Games Store on October 17th.
