A key reshuffle in power took place minutes ago, BLIC has learned from its sources in the National Assembly.
Stamen Yanev (pictured), former head of the Bulgarian Investment Agency, has been relieved of his post.
In his place is Bogomil Bogomilov, who is 35 years old and enjoys the blessings of the new cabinet headed by Prime Minister Kiril Petkov.
Stamen Yanev has come to the forefront of a noisy scandal in recent weeks.
On the one hand, the MRF brought to light the fact that 160 “golden passports” were distributed to Chinese and Russians during the two caretaker governments.
On the other hand, it turned out that the Bulgarian Investment Agency does not have a single certified project.
