IGN journalists got the opportunity to complete two tasks in Ghostrunner 2 and shared their first impressions of the new cyberpunk action.
What is known
Like the first part, Ghostrunner 2 is a dynamic game built on acrobatic elements. Locations have become even more spacious and complex, there are more variations of enemies and gameplay features. But the combat system remains the same harsh: enemies die from one hit with a katana, but the player will not be able to withstand more than one exact hit, so you need to skillfully dodge shots.
The addition of a fast motorcycle to the game adds to the dynamism of Ghostrunner 2, but it is practically not used in the two missions presented.
When to expect
Ghostrunner 2 releases on October 26 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
