Compared to the standard Ranger, the car’s load is slightly limited (to 652 kg) and the weight of the braked trailer can be 2.5 tons (the standard Ranger can handle 3.5 tons, of course).
But again, it is necessary to repeat that the Raptor is hardworking only in the second row, the first is the ride. Therefore, there is no rigid axle at the rear, but independent wheel suspension. In addition, the car is equipped with a rich range of on-board electronics, which we would look for in ordinary people. These include assistance systems, parking assistant, 360-degree camera and more. The novelty also has LED headlights, a digital instrument panel, an electronic parking brake and an e-shifter and a huge entertainment system display in the middle.
Extra equipment, a powerful engine and a new rugged design, of course, add to Ford’s decent pay for the new Ranger Raptor. The price of the car for the Czech market is 1,828,310 crowns. We are at the level of large luxury SUVs. But here the car is already fully equipped and so the future owner can spend tens of thousands of extra crowns on accessories, such as an electric shutter (56,870 CZK). In any case, it is guaranteed that it will be unmissable with the Rapotre.
