During the Halo Infinite livestream, the first images of the multiplayer running on Xbox consoles were shown.
Last night the livestream was held by 343 Industries. The livestream was all about the multiplayer mode of the game. Infinite has only been shown running on a PC so far, but Xbox Series X and Xbox One footage was also shown during the stream. It is not clear whether the game ran on a regular Xbox One or an Xbox One X. Furthermore, a full game of Slayer on the Live Fire map, running on a Series X, was shown.
The images also give a look at the new feature where weapons are dropped during matches. Also, customization options for the Spartan, weapons and vehicles were discussed in more detail. On PC, many more customization options are also possible in terms of graphics and gameplay. In this way, different keys can be associated with the same function. There is also a field of view slider, even on Xbox consoles.
The live stream can be seen below. This entire weekend there will be a multiplayer test for Halo Insiders who have received an invite.
