Krefeld/Viersen district/Mönchengladbach/Rhine district of Neuss. The first volunteer examiners from the Middle Lower Rhine Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) who took part in the “Qualified examiner IHK” curriculum have now been awarded their proof of quality. In order to receive this certificate, the examiners need, in addition to the basic training, five different modules, for example on correctly documenting examination performance, correcting written examinations or conflict management in oral examinations, as well as many special modules for the individual branches. The examiner training courses are offered free of charge by the IHK several times a year.
“With your commitment and your expertise, you are making a major contribution to high-quality training in our region and thus to securing skilled workers,” said Mona Kowalczyk, Head of the IHK Training Department. “The high standard of our Chamber of Industry and Commerce exams is also guaranteed by regular further training for our examiners.”
