With the presence of the Secretary of Habitat of the Nation Santiago Maggiotti, the Mayor of Merlo in use of license Gustavo Menéndez and the Interim Mayor Karina Menéndez, the first delivery of Plan ProcreAR II homes and credits of the 2022 Own House Plan was made.
During the act, ProcreAR II homes were awarded to the beneficiaries who were raffled through the program carried out by the National Government, jointly with the municipalities. The houses have running water, sewage, gas and electricity, as well as a recreational area for families. Zero-rate credits were also given from the Own House Plan, for the construction of homes.
“It is a public policy that is reaching all of Argentina, and that again since January 1 the registration for credits was opened,” said the national president. He explained “It is a credit at a 0 rate adjusted for salary, which allows you to build on your own land and with a minimum salary you can sign up.”
The community chief Karina Menéndez expressed “I am happy, for each of these neighbors who today have access to their own home”, and highlighted “these public policies carried out by the Government allow any worker to access a loan for housing or building your own roof which is what we want and gives us joy”.
Gustavo Menéndez sentenced “there is no other institutional act that has an emotional charge like the one that has the delivery of land, housing or credit for one’s own roof, it produces emotion to the recipient, but also to the official.”
Finally, he highlighted the work of the National and Provincial Government, “These are policies that give news in the long term, not that they remain in what has been done so far. It deepens and works so that these public policies go directly to the dreams of a family, such as projecting their life with their own roof”.
