Came (even) closer: At the pool, Thomas and Virginia got in touch again. But the entrepreneur still has to wait for a kiss.

Thomas and Virginia had already had an intimate meeting at “First Dates Hotel” (Vox): At the pool, the 36-year-old sacrificed himself selflessly to protect the lady from the potentially dangerous consequences of sunlight – without any fear of contact. But a reunion of the amateur dermatologist with Virginia in episode two took a little time to get started. Because Roland Trettl and Co. had assigned the two lovebirds a different date partner.

Virginia was allowed to deal with ex-model and muscle man John Patrick Christopher. The fashion designer and book author also presented his dating partner directly with the book he had written himself. The 44-year-old’s considerable amount of self-promotion didn’t (yet) deter Virginia, but the fact that John admitted he wouldn’t have approached her in the wild did. Because the permanently grinning beam man prefers to travel “into myself”, while Virginia prefers the beach, both agreed at the end of the dinner: the spark didn’t jump over.
The eloquent 34-year-old had already made that clear – at least for Thomas. She had agreed with him the day before that they would knock on the glass if their date was not going well. No sooner said than done: Thomas, who actually spent a harmonious evening with cook Jenny at the next table, jumped up straight away and made sure he had interpreted the sign correctly on the toilet.

“I’m not letting him get to it yet”: Virginia rejects clear advances
He did – and that maneuvered the entrepreneur into a dilemma. “I couldn’t have wished for a better partner for the first blind date,” he said after his return to Jenny, but then he was honest and admitted to the dalliance with Virginia. “I could bite myself because you are a world-class woman,” Thomas gave Jenny the pass.
By the evening, however, the anger was gone: Virginia was already waiting on the daybed next to the pool, and Thomas welcomed her with open arms: “Come to me!” She flattered him with warm words: “When my date came in, I knew immediately that I would rather date you than him.”
Thomas’ relatively clumsy statement that it was “crazy” how well his hand would fit on her butt left Virginia as it was. When he took a look at her “world-class lips” with a clear intention, she set limits and had Thomas bring her to the room: “I make myself scarce. I won’t let him go yet.” He didn’t give up hope – even for a kiss: “What isn’t can still be.”
“Partygirl” had Botox injected especially for the date
Dispatch manager Uli went to work less briskly, but more successfully. After three weddings and unsuccessful advances with the female sex on single trips and at the single dance course, the trip to the “First Dates Hotel” should finally end his eight-year bachelor existence. And the chemistry with Angelika, also from Hamburg, was right immediately, a second date was just a matter of form. The two northern lights appeared hand in hand the next day. Uli reported “tingling in the stomach”, Angelika enthused: “When Uli grins, it’s a good feeling.” Back in Germany, more meetings followed – and possibly a relationship, who knows.

Student Jessica has not dated yet. The 22-year-old was not only remembered because she twerked during the introduction round. “I am like Cologne Cathedral. When the conversion work has stopped downstairs, it starts again upstairs,” the self-proclaimed “party girl” reported frankly about her cosmetic surgeries. For the date, she even had an extra botox injected into her frown line. She also sent the warning to her dream man: “The man at my side expects work, I want attention.” The next episode of the Vox dating show reveals who overtakes this “fate” in the “First Dates Hotel”.
