As part of the commemoration of the first anniversary of the declaration of Guatemala as Pro-Life Capital of Ibero-America, the deputies to Congress, headed by President Shirley Rivera and members of the Board of Directors, held a special activity in the parliamentary chamber and had the participation of religious exhibitors and legislators from other countries.
The President emphasized the importance of life and family in the country, as well as the role of women as creators and shapers of life.

The Costa Rican legislator expressed his congratulations to our country for such a distinction, adding that the door open in the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala is surprising, so that God’s blessing reaches the powers of the State.

As will be remembered on March 9, 2022, Guatemala was declared the Pro-Life Capital of Ibero-America, an appointment granted by the Ibero-American Congress for Life and the Family, which supports Christian values and principles in defense of life and the family. .
