2. Ginger drink

3. Yogurt

4. Lemon

Lemons have anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties, making them suitable for people with food poisoning. Lemon acid can also kill bacteria that cause food poisoning. drink three times a day to reduce the risk of poisoning.

If the poisoned patient causes diarrhea, you can administer ORS. ORS serves to replace glucose, salt and other important minerals lost due to vomiting and diarrhea.
