As you probably already know, Gothic 2 Complete Classic is coming to Nintendo Switch. The release will take place on November 29, but some people have already received access to the game. Cycu1, known for his quality game comparisons, posted a video on his channel showing gameplay from the first 15 minutes of the game.
The gameplay footage shows exactly what fans of Gothic 2 are used to with the Night of the Raven expansion: an introductory video, a conversation with Xardas, a cutscene related to the aforementioned expansion, and, finally, an exit from the tower.
Gothic 2 Complete Classic gameplay looks exactly the same on Switch as it does on PC, but a notable detail is the area on the left side of the screen where active weapons, armor, and accessories are displayed when you enter your inventory.
In the video it is clear that the author did not quite understand the controls or was encountering Gothic for the first time, as he crashed into walls quite often and immediately went into a cave with bandits, which is not very good, but at least it creates the feeling that you are on your own This is the first time you leave the necromancer’s tower.
